AMZER Print accepts all VISA & MasterCard branded cards, NetBanking, American Express and other popular payment options via Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. The charge on your statement will mention "AMZER" or "Moftware Inc". 


AMZER Print can not cancel an order once placed - our production units are in operation round the clock and as soon as an order comes - stock is accordingly reserved for the order and the printing process starts - post order production involves steps which make the product unusable for another product, hence all orders are final and non-cancellable due to the nature of the technology used. 


AMZER Print customers usually receive their orders within 7-10 business days from the order date. AMZER Print uses USPS as our regular delivery partner for shipping all over the world. All orders shipped by AMZER Print come with a tracking number which is shared with you when your order is shipped. 

If a package is refused by you (on record as per courier company) or the address you provided is incorrect because of which package could not be delivered, or was delivered to the wrong address - then the entire order value will be forfeited as our products are print-on-demand and personalised and we incur shipping, packaging and other charges which can't be recovered. 


AMZER Print does not accept any returns, all items sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, they all come with a one year warranty and are covered for any manufacturing defect. We don't accept returns given the nature of personalisation and print-on-demand technology being used. 


AMZER Print offers a one year warranty against any kind of defects in the product - this is a replacement only warranty and not a refund/exchange warranty. Any manufacturing defects must be pointed out within one week from delivery - else they will not be accepted. All print-on-demand products come with lifetime print warranty for fade/change in colour of the product. There is no warranty for damage due to regular usage based wear and tear and/or any accident/fall/bump related damage and/or issue on the product. The customer has to bare the shipping charges for a warranty replacement.
